How an engagement is priced
01 · Workload audit — 2 weeks
Every engagement starts with a two-week workload audit. It is a standalone deliverable: we map where agents genuinely pay off and what the hardware costs. The audit fee is credited against a full build if you proceed.
02 · Build + deploy — 6–8 weeks
Fixed scope, fixed price. We design the agent and the compute it runs on, deploy into your environment, and hand it over with training. You own everything: the agents, the models, the hardware, the documentation.
03 · Hardware at cost — you own it
We spec, source and configure the hardware at cost — no markup. You own it outright, and it is yours even if we part ways.
04 · Optional care plan
An optional care plan covers monitoring, tuning and model upgrades — most clients take it for the first year. It is optional because the system is yours.
What 'fixed price' means
After handover there is no licence fee and no usage meter. API bills grow with usage, seats, and model upgrades — a self-hosted agent stack puts a fixed-cost GPU in your office or cloud instead, with no per-token meter and no surprise invoices.
If the audit shows agents are not the right move for your workload, we will say so — and you keep the audit findings either way.
